For several years AGABEKOV has been leading the transition between Xenon incandescent lighting and the new LED technology, but still using the same B-LIGHT® conductor.
The major challenge for lighting using LED light sources lies in the difficulty of obtaining the same colour temperature as a Xenon lamp, i.e. 2400k°. The latter, comparable to that of a candle, has been one of the keys to our success and has enabled us to illuminate, among others, the Cour Carré of the LOUVRE, the French Academy, several bridges in Paris and other famous buildings around the world.
Now, the technological barrier has been overcome. With the close cooperation of LED manufacturer Nichia and the Niko group, we have succeeded in obtaining with our AGA-LED® the same colour temperature as the Xenons. At last the worthy successor of the Xenon has arrived, but with markedly improved performances such as durability, power consumption, luminous flux, etc.
We have thus made it possible for all our lighting fixtures fitted with Xenon lamps to be replaced with the new AGA-LED® 2400K° 4 position CLIP technology and therefore continue to realize new projects. |
